Tree of life





We studied the solution to death. What is that ? Tree of life.

But it is parable. So we should find the reality of the tree of life . How ?

Who said " I will open my mouth in parables , I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world " ? Jesus Christ.

Only who can reveal the parable ? Jesus christ.

So Let's ask to Jesus christ.



(Jn 6:53) Jesus said to them " I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood , you have no life in you . Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.



In garden of Eden , To live forever and ever ; To reieve eternal life what should we eat ? The tree of life.

But in John Jesus said that to have eternal life what we should eat ? Jesus's body and blood.

That means the tree of life in the garen of Eden is what ? Jesus's body and blood.

So Jesus's body and blood is the reality of the tree of life.



Then , How can we eat the body and blood of Jesus christ ?



(Mt 26:17) On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread , the disciples came to Jesus and asked " Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover ...... So the disciples did as Jesus had drected them and prepared the Passover



Jesus christ wanted to keep the which feast ? The Passover.

So Jesus christ and his disciples kept the which feast ? The Passver.

Then , What is the Passover ?



(Mt 26:26) While they were eating , Jesus took bread gave thanks and broke it , and gave it to his disciples, saying " Take and eat ; this is my body "

Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them , saying " Drink from it , all of you this is my blood of the covenant , which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins, "



On which day Jesus chirst said " this is my body , this is my blood ? " The passover night !

Jesus said appointing the passover bread " this is my body "

And appointing the passover wine " this is my blood "

So how can we eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood ? By keeping the Passver.

Then , What is the reality of the tree of life ? The passover.

So when we keep the passover we can recieve eternal life.



Then Think about it !

In garden of Eden, Who blocked the way to the tree of life ? God did.

Then Only who can unbloced the way ? Only God.

That means only who can bring to us the passover that is reality of the tree of life ? Only God.

So ! Whoever bring the passover he must who ? God !

Then 2000 years ago , Who brought the passover ? Jesus christ.

That means Jesus christ is who ? God almighty !!



(Jn 10:10) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy ; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full .



Jesus chirst came to this earth to gave us eternal life ! Through what ? The passover.



So Let's keep the passover , and Let's receive the eternal life !

The tree of life.


There are so many problems. and solution also.
But one thing seems like no solution. That is death !
Everybody destine to die someday.
While we are living here , we are suffering from trouble , sorrow and pain also and destine to die.
Then , Is there solution to death ?
What if there is we should take it !
Let's study about this through the tree of life.

First of all let's see mattew 13.



(Mt 13:34) Jesus spoke all these things to the crowd in parables; he did not say anything to them without using a parable. so was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet: " I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world "



Jesus christ said that he spoke all things in what? Parable !
Then What is the parable !
Parable is the story with hidden meaning.
Through the Jesus's speaking we can understand there are some parables hidden things since the creation of the world.
Only who can reveal the parables ? Jesus christ.
Then among 66 books in the bible , which book has the creation of the world ? Genesis.
So in Genesis , There are so many parables.
But today we will study about tree of life.
Let's go to the Genesis.



(Gen 2:15) ... And the LORD God commanded the man, " You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die "

In the garden of Eden, God gave a specific commendment to Adam and Eve.
" You must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil , you will surely die."


But as you know Adam and Eve took the tree of knowledge of good and evil .
So from that time all mankind should to die.
Then before eating the tree of knowledge of good and evil sholud they die ? No !
After eating the tree of it they should to die.
Why ? Do you thing they died because of the poison of the tree ? No !
It because of that God said " If you eat of it you will surely die"
Then do you think this story face only Adam and Eve ? No ! What about us ?
Adam and Eve should to die , And We also should to die .
This story face to us also.
Then now our problem is death.
But as you know where there is problem , there is solution also.
The problem of death originated Which place ? In the garden of Eden.
Then in where can we find the soultion to death ? In the garden of Eden.
Let's see whether there is there soulution of death or not !



(Gen 3:22) And the LORD God said , " The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever "



In garden of Eden there is the other tree , That is the tree of life .
If they eat of it what happen ?
They live forever. In other words What kind of life ? Eternal life.
Then can we find the solution to death in garden of Eden ? Yes.
What is that ? Tree of life.
But did they take the tree of life ?



(Gen 3:24) after he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to gard the way to the tree of life.



Could they eat the tree of life ? No they couldn't. why ?
Because God blocked the way to the tree of life.
Even though Adam n Eve had taken the tree of knowledge of good and evil , If they had taken tree of life they can live forever.
we also same.
Even though we destine to die , but if we eat of the tree of life we can live forever and ever , we can reiceive eternal life.
Then what is the tree of life ?
Do you think tree of life is the actual tree ?
Do you think we can fine tree of life that is with cherubim and flaming sword in somewhere? No !
Then If it is not acual tree , what is that ?
Do you remeber ? Jesus said " I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world "
In Genesis there are many parables !!! So tree of life also parable !!!

So we can find the solution to death . That is what ? tree of life.
But it is parabel ! So It is not clear to us .



Then What is the reality of the tree of life?

The secret of the forgiveness of sin and Christ Ahnsahnghong - 3




so , We can understand we committed sins against God in kingdom of heaven before we were born this earth.
Therefore with our sin we can not enter the kingdom of heaven.
So we must receive our sins.
How ?



(Eph 1:7) In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace.



How can we have redemption ?
Through Jesus's blood. So we should take Jesus's blood. How ?



(mt 26:17) .. Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover? .... My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passver with my discipes at your house...



Then , Which feast Jesus chirst want to keep with his disaples ? (Passover)
So Jesus christ and disaples kept the Passover. Then what did they do on the Passver?

(27) Then he took the cup , gave thanks and offered it to them , saying " drink from it , all of you . This is my blood of the covenant which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.



Jesus christ said " this cup is my blood "
The Passover wine is Jesus's blood. Then How can we take Jesus's blood ?
By keeping the Passover.

So Jesus christ said ,

(Nk 22:15) " I have eagerly desired to eat the Passover .."

Why Jesus christ said like this?
What is his purpose to come to this earth ?
To seek and save what was lost !
How can he save us ? Only through the Passover.
That's why he said " I have eagerly desired to eat the Passover."

Let's see continueally .



(19) And he took bread , gave thanks and broke it , and gave it to them , saying " this is my body given for you , do this in remembrance of me ....... this cup is the new covenant in my blood , which is poured out for you "

For us , Jesus christ gave the passover.

Then , Let's see how praise God when we keep the Passover.



(Nk 15:7) I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninetynine righteous persons who do not need to repent.



God will happy when sinner repents.
Then how can sinner repents ?
By keeping the Passover.


Actually because the wage of sin is death , all of us should go to hell.
But God gave us the chance to repent !
How merciful God !

We must take to listen chance !








So Let's receive forgiveness our sins through the Passover, and Let's enter the kingdom of Heaven together.

So as you see , we were angels who was in the kingdom of heaven before being born here.
Then Why are we live here leaving glorious heaven ?

Let's see through the bible.



(Nk 22:10) For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.



Jesus chirst said " I came to this earth from heaven to seek and save what was lost.
Then who are the lost ?



(Mt 9:13) ... For I have not come to call the righteous , but sinners.



Here we can understand Jesus chirst came to this earth to call the sinners.
That means what was lost is who ? sinner !
Then who are the sinners?



(Rom 6:23) For the wages of sin is death .



Through the bible we can understand the wages of sin is death.
Otherwises the cause of death is what ? sin !!
Then there anybody who doesn't die ? no !!
That means all men who destine to die are sinner .
We are the sinners!

Then because of which sin should we die ?

Becasue of the sin that we committed in this earth ?
Let's suppose !
Yesterday one baby was born. But the baby died today.
Then the baby died because of what ? sin !
Then do you think the bible can commit any sin only for 24 hours ?
It doesn't make sense !!

So we can understand we should die because of our sin that we committed in kingdom of heaven .
So this earth is like a spiritual prison . That's why we have always trouble , sorrow and pain than happiness and joy.


Then what kind of sin did we commit ?

Let's suppose !
In this earth , If you rob something , What happen to you ?
Maybe go to jail .
Then What if you kill somebody ? what happen ?
put to death ! right ?

Then the wages of our sin is death. That means we committed grave sins againt God in kingdom of heaven.


Because of that we should destine to die.
But How can we go back to our home , the kingdom of Heaven.
Because of sins , we came here !
That means without sins we can go back to heaven. So If we get the forgiveness of sins we can enter the kingdom of heaven.

If you know the way to have the forgiveness of sins will you take it ?



Then what is the way to have forgivenss of sins?

The 10th Foreign Language Bible Preaching Contest

The 10th Foreign Language Bible Preaching Contest that was held on March 7th in Okcheon Go & come istitute.

The Foreign Language Bible Preahcing Contest was proceeding according to Language part , English , Russian , chinese etc.

They are preaching the word of God , showing their ability that they usual develop their.

World mission society Church of God members in Essen conduct a street cleaning campaign to welcome the 2010 Passover .
On this day all Chruch of God in whole world participated.

Church of God is known as the only church that keeps the feast of God , nowadays many saints is studying word of God in whole world (about 1500)

Church of God members in essen is practicing the God's teaching that is " Clean the world after realization the sacrifice and love of Christ "

Specially Church of God have been received attention to the accomplishment of overseas gospel that nobody couldn't accomplish.

And God the mother is driving force that make be able to preach from east to west.
